Active Court Movement aimed to establish a top-notch brandmark and visual identity. The goal was to build connections with both B2B and B2C audiences, with a primary focus on engaging the private sector, schools, councils, social players, school kids, parents, and academy players. While the centers spotlight badminton across all their locations, they also host table tennis at specific venues.
The overarching brand, ACM, encompasses sub-brands for sports, the shop, and the academy. In conjunction, ACM needed a user-friendly website not only for booking facilities but also to offer comprehensive information about each centre. Addressing community needs, the website includes an online shop for merchandise and sporting gear, facilitating convenient online and in-centre purchases.
To ensure the website met the primary users’ needs, a meticulous UX Strategy was developed, providing valuable insights for the website’s user-centric design.
