In early 2023, after turning 23 years as an agency, Kinc needed a new tone, fresh look and feel to stand out among other creative agencies.
This meant that we had to do a deep dive into our clients’ needs to be able to speak directly to them, through our website. Research and an investigation into the business and the current vs prospective customers was conducted and resulted in a solid UX Strategy.
By following the strategy from start to finish we ended up with an up to date, easy to navigate and super cool website that met our joint goals as an agency.
With some paid advertising we engaged our social media leads and re-target them with eye-catching ads resulting in a noticeable increase in business.

Creative Direction: Leading the UX Strategy with research into the audience and target market, conducting focus groups and surveys, and overseeing the creation of the new website, social media and advertising from start to finish.
